I sent my info. to your facility in Cross Lanes, WV on the website, I get a call Im approved to bring my SS statement, Bank statements which I told her its all paperless but on my phone she could print out, she said ok, I get there she never looked at what I sent her through internet said she was to busy!

I gave her my ss income paper that she asked for and she printed off bank statements. Then she said she needed bank statements where I get child support which she did not say I needed after she told me on phone I was approved!!! I get the child support through a debit card so I dont get statements but I gave her a copy of the Judge order that the amount I get! Which if she looked at the email which she was to busy to look at, then she could have asked for it before she said I was approved!!!

But NO NOW SHE PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT AND REFUSED TO GIVE THE MONEY BECAUSE I DONT HAVE STATEMENTS FROM SMIONE DEBIT CARD THAT I JUST GET CASH FOR! But the judges order is not good enough! She said it has to say its on going!

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE PRE APPROVE LETTERS BECAUSE IT JUST A SCAM!!! By the way her name is Liz

On March 27th i was contacted that i have been approved for a loan. I looked this company up and address matched so then i was sent a document to fill out and sign after i did this i received a phone call and was told i had to deposit money to a cash app and then it would be refunded right back i did this (should have known better) then was told to deposit more well my app wouldn't allow to do so .so at this point i know something wasn't right the next day my bank account was negative 400.00 Was told by a man name Adam that yes they did this and as soon as i put 467.00 in the cash app they will put 8000.00 in my account well at this point i screwed up and was scammed and i have no money .i I don't know if your aware of this or what just thought you could shed some light on this foolish thing that happed to me ..Thank You

My name is Juanita , I refinanced my vehicle with Lending Club in July of 2022 I have been calling for the last year at least 20 times in an effort to get my car title, to register my car, which I didn't do before I refinanced the vehicle with lending Club. I've called and spoken with numerous customer service agents with no results , I've been told by the customer service department in addition to the titling department that someone would get back to me not one person has returned my call to give me any information on my car.

I've spoken with the original bank that held the title and was told they sent in the necessary paperwork to Lending Club, I don't understand what the issue is, the last time I spoke to an agent was in April 2023 and she told me someone would return my call the next day, no one called me This is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST, I would not advise anyone to use this company. Now I'm asking in writing can I get my title to register my vehicle for which Im making payments for.
