Talk about a company that just does not get it. Communication is the key to success.
Employer information needed to be completed by my current employer, they could not get on Friday April 6 2018, via email. Same problem on Monday and Tuesday. Closing is supposed to be on Wednesday the 11th. If I did not call them about the closing to find out what time everything was going to happen, I would not have known that they did not have the information from my current employer.
I was sitting at my desk at work when I called them. They said that they are waiting on my HR department to send a form back to them. So I called HR, come to find out Cardinal Financial had a bad email address. Really, five days goes by and they do not call me to let me know.
If I did not call the closing would not have happened on the 11th.
The Attorney comes in on the 11th, all forms signed and put into an overnight envelope. Now another problem arises, when the paperwork gets to the funding department there was a page altered with my typed in name CROSSED OUT. Funding can not be completed without all documents being clean. Again no notice by anyone until an email time stamped on Monday April 16 2018.
By the time that I find out the issue it is now 7:30 pm Monday night. Again no one calls to let us know about the problem. And again if I did not call them the problem would have gone on and no funding. Talk about *** me off.
This is my home in the balance and we ended up with a late charge now on our previous mortgage. To top that off our locked in rate expires on Wednesday May 18 2018. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE????? TIME SENSITIVE PAPERWORK NEEDING SIGNED AND THEY DO NOT CALL YOU!!!!!!
WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP. COST US TIME AND MONEY AND OF COURSE GEORGE IS NOT ACCEPTING CALLS TODAY SO FAR, RIGHT TO VOICE MAIL.
